At BabyBloomies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process subject to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Returned products must include:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals

  • Product tags and labels intact

BabyBloomies reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are damaged or defective:

Hygiene & Personal Care Products

  • Diapers

  • Baby wipes

  • Baby creams and skincare products

  • Feeding accessories such as pacifiers, bottle nipples, or breast pump accessories

Toys & Large Items

  • Ride-ons and scooters

  • Tricycles and bicycles

  • Indoor and outdoor play equipment

  • Dolls and dollhouses

Furniture & Bulky Products

  • Baby furniture

  • Kids furniture

  • Storage and organization furniture

  • Strollers and travel systems

Additional Conditions

  • Products that have been assembled or installed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Return Pickup

If the return is approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged where available.

  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the item back to our warehouse.

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse:

  1. The item will undergo a quality inspection.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund processing typically takes 10–4business days after successful inspection.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for:

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the order will fall under the return policy.
